Respected Sir,

Nice to read this!
But if we have to work in a team and participation of the poor performer is also necessary, than how we can help him for making our task faster and efficient?

Thank you

Chetan, Ashu, the reason I put this link up on the blog was that the journalist yesterday asked me a follow-up question which was precisely what you have asked. So if you wait a few days maybe you will see my answer (or part of it) in print.

Thanks, Ashu.ThoDa jyaadaa hi charhaa rahe ho... :-)

Hello Sir,

Good Morning.

It's great insight for all of us. We learned views of three great personalities about the most important factor of learning in corporate life, "Team Work". A weak performer obviously destroy the overall performance of the team. And we experienced it in our PGP1 assignments.

But I have some different views. No body is perfect nor it can be. Team work is the only platform where one poor performer can learn. If poor performer does any mistake then others can measure his\her mistake and correct it. If team do not include poor member then how he or she will learn...?

How a new bowler will learn to ball in last over without experience of last over?

Just wait for the article I mentioned, Deepesh. It should be out in the next couple of weeks.
